Most candidates are judged on a standard nobody has shown them.

You have done the work. The experience is real. The problem is rarely what you know โ€” it is whether your submission lets an assessor see Level 3 professional judgement in the few minutes they spend with it.

Assessors read your documents looking for evidence of decisions, advice and reasoning. Most submissions instead describe tasks and processes. The candidate sounds competent; the paperwork reads as a junior. That gap is the difference between a first-time pass and a referral, and you cannot see it from the inside.

A review by someone who marks against that standard every assessment cycle closes the gap before it costs you a year.

This review is built for you if you are thinking:

"I've got the experience but I can't tell if I've explained it well enough."

"I don't know what Level 3 actually looks like on the page."

"My case study feels like a description, not an argument."

"I'm worried about a referral and I only get one shot at submission."

"My counsellor signed it off, but I want an assessor's eyes on it."

"I'm weeks from the deadline and I need clear, specific direction โ€” fast."

From a submission you hope is enough โ€” to one you know is.

Before the review
  • Describing tasks and responsibilities
  • Unsure where Level 3 is missing
  • Competencies that read flat or generic
  • A case study that lists, rather than argues
  • Submitting and hoping
After the review
  • Demonstrating decisions, advice and judgement
  • Every gap identified and a fix prescribed
  • Competencies that show Level 3 clearly
  • A case study built around a defensible argument
  • Submitting with evidence-backed confidence

A complete assessor-level review of your submission.

01
Case Study review
Your full case study assessed for structure, the strength of your central argument, and whether your reasoning reads at Level 3 โ€” with specific notes on where to sharpen it.
02
Summary of Experience review
Your competency declarations checked against the level you are claiming, flagging where the wording describes tasks instead of demonstrating judgement.
03
Written assessor report
A clear, prioritised report telling you exactly what is working, what would invite a referral, and the precise changes to make before you submit.
04
Likely questioning preview
The questions your submission is likely to provoke at final assessment โ€” so the interview holds no surprises and your preparation starts in the right place.

Three steps from upload to a clear plan.

1
Book and submit your documents
Secure your review and upload your Case Study and Summary of Experience, along with the one or two concerns you most want addressed.
2
Your submission is assessed
Your documents are read the way a panel reads them โ€” against the Level 3 standard โ€” and every gap, risk and strength is noted.
3
You receive your report within 5 working days
A prioritised written report lands in your inbox: what to keep, what to change, and the order to do it in. You submit knowing it has passed an assessor's eyes.

An assessor, not just a coach.

KK

"I have chaired assessment panels and sat on the appeals board for the RICS since 1994. I have read more than 1,700 submissions and seen the same avoidable mistakes refer capable candidates year after year. This review gives you what most candidates never get before they submit โ€” the assessor's perspective, while there is still time to act on it."

A straight answer, or your money back
If your report does not give you clear, specific, actionable direction on your submission, tell me within 7 days and I will refund you in full. You take none of the risk โ€” the standard is mine to meet.

Questions candidates ask.

How is this different from my counsellor signing off my submission?
Your counsellor confirms your experience is genuine. This review judges whether your documents demonstrate that experience at the standard a panel applies โ€” a different test, and the one that decides the result. It is the assessor's perspective, given to you while you can still act on it.
When will I get my report back?
Within 5 working days of receiving your documents. If you are close to a deadline, note it when you book and I will tell you honestly whether the timing works before you pay.
Which documents do you review?
Your Case Study and your Summary of Experience, including the competency declarations within it. If you would like a specific competency or section prioritised, say so when you submit.
Will you rewrite my submission for me?
No โ€” and that is deliberate. The submission must be your own work and your own voice. I show you precisely what to change and why, so the improvements are yours to make and yours to defend at interview.
I'm capable at my job but anxious about the assessment. Is this for me?
That describes most candidates I review. Capability is not the question โ€” whether your submission shows it is. This review tells you, before it counts.
