Entry Paths, One Standard

You Know the Material.
You're Not Sure You'll Hold Up in the Room.

By this stage, more content isn't the answer. The candidates who get referred at final assessment are rarely missing knowledge — they haven't been tested hard enough, by someone qualified to test them, before the day that actually counts.

🎯

"I know my case study — I'm not sure it survives real questioning"

You can present it cleanly. What happens when an assessor pushes back on a figure or a decision is a different test entirely.

😬

Your only mock interviews so far have been with yourself, or a friend

Practising alone tells you what you're comfortable saying. It doesn't tell you what an assessor will actually probe.

Nobody has told you, honestly, whether you're ready

You're either hearing generic encouragement or nothing at all. What you need is a direct, assessor-level readiness call — go, or not yet.

Your date is set and the gap between "prepared" and "ready" feels real

You don't need another six-week course. You need focused, personal reps in the weeks you have left.

Final Assessment Mastery exists for exactly this stretch — the weeks where content stops helping and personal, assessor-led practice is what closes the gap.

Which Path Are You On?

Final Assessment Mastery is built around where you're starting from. Neither path repeats work you've already done.

For APC Accelerator™ Graduates

You've Already Built the Foundation

You've completed the READY Framework, your case study, and your submission inside the APC Accelerator. This path is pure final-stretch reps — no content repeated.

  • 2–3 additional mock interviews beyond your original two, each with personal feedback
  • Case study defence drilling — assessor-style cross-questioning beyond your original draft review
  • An independent Go/No-Go readiness gate, separate from the one already run inside the Accelerator
£497 3–4 weeks · offered from week 20 of your Accelerator
For Candidates Who Prepared Elsewhere

You Need the Full Final-Stage Build

Self-study, an employer scheme, or another coach got you this far. This path starts with a calibration against the READY Framework, then delivers the same final-stage curriculum live, with personal coaching throughout.

  • READY Framework Calibration — an assessor-led read on exactly where you stand before you start
  • The full 6-module Level 3 Accelerator curriculum, delivered live rather than self-paced
  • 3–4 personal mock interviews, case study defence drilling, and a Go/No-Go gate
£1,197 8 weeks · rolling enrolment, start any time

Three Things No Self-Paced Course Can Give You

Whichever path you enter through, this is what Final Assessment Mastery actually adds.

01

Personal Mock Interviews

Full 60-minute RICS-format mock interviews, run by Knight, with written assessor-level feedback after each — not a group Q&A, not a peer exercise. Someone who has sat on assessment panels since 1994 asking the questions and telling you honestly how you performed.

02

Case Study Defence Drilling

Beyond writing your case study, you'll be cross-questioned on it the way a panel actually will — challenged on your figures, your recommendation, and the alternatives you didn't choose. This is where "I can present it" becomes "I can defend it."

03

An Honest Go/No-Go Gate

Before you sit, you get a direct, assessor-level readiness call — not encouragement, not a formality. If there's a gap left to close, you'll know exactly what it is and how long you realistically need.

The READY Framework Calibration

If you're entering through the second path, your programme starts here — before Week 1 of the curriculum.

An assessor's read on where you actually stand, before the coaching begins

You'll complete a structured self-diagnostic against the five parts of the READY Framework, and send through whatever submission materials you already have — even in draft form. Knight reviews them the same way he reviews any candidate's work as an assessor, and the two readings are compared on a 50-minute Calibration Call.

1 You complete the READY self-diagnostic and send your current materials.
2 Knight completes the assessor-led review within 3 working days.
3 On your Calibration Call, you agree the personalised focus for each of your 6 coaching weeks.
4 You receive a written Calibration Report you'll use as your reference for the rest of the programme.

Built Specifically For This Stage

✅ This Is For You If…

  • Your final assessment is realistically within the next few months
  • You have a case study and Summary of Experience in progress or complete
  • You want personal mock interviews and real feedback, not more pre-recorded content
  • You want an honest answer on whether you're ready — not reassurance

✗ This Is Not For You If…

  • You're in the early stages of building your competency evidence with nothing drafted yet
  • You're more than 6 months from a realistic assessment date
  • You're looking for a fully self-paced, lower-cost option — Level 3 Accelerator™ (£497, self-paced) may suit you better

The Assessor's Perspective, Applied Directly to You

Knight Khonje is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with 38 years of experience in construction — and since 1994, an assessor for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He has chaired assessment panels, audited other panels, and sits on the RICS appeals board.

Final Assessment Mastery is not pre-recorded content repackaged with a higher price tag. It is Knight, personally, running your mock interviews, defending your case study against you, and giving you the same honest read he would give as an assessor in the room.

Before You Choose Your Path

Level 3 Accelerator is a self-paced course — you work through six modules on your own, at £497, with an optional live Q&A add-on. Final Assessment Mastery is built around personal coaching: mock interviews and case study defence delivered directly by Knight, plus a Go/No-Go readiness gate. If you want structured content at your own pace, start with Level 3 Accelerator. If you want personal reps in the final weeks before you sit, this is the right level.

Yes — that's exactly what Path B is built for. You'll start with the READY Framework Calibration, which gives Knight an assessor's read on where you stand before the coaching begins, then work through the full curriculum live rather than self-paced.

If you're currently enrolled in the APC Accelerator™ and have reached week 20, you're on Path A. If you prepared for the APC through any other route — self-study, an employer scheme, or another coach — you're on Path B.

There's no fixed cohort start date to wait for. Your 8-week programme, including your Calibration Call, begins from the date you join, and your coaching sessions are scheduled around your own timeline rather than a shared group calendar.

Path A includes 2–3 additional mock interviews on top of the two already included in the APC Accelerator™. Path B includes 3–4 mock interviews as part of the full programme. Every mock interview is run personally by Knight in the full 60-minute RICS format, with written feedback afterward.

You'll be told directly, with specifics on what's missing and a realistic view of what it would take to close the gap. The purpose of the gate is to give you an honest answer before assessment day, not after it.

Get the Reps That Prove You're Ready.

Content got you here. What closes the gap now is personal practice against someone who has sat on the other side of the panel since 1994 — and an honest answer on whether you're ready to sit.
